Hi there. I am in my second year of Masters in Counseling Psychology at Columbia University Teachers College and a member of the Canadian Counseling and Psychotherapy Association. I am currently interning as a mental health counselor at Baruch College in New York and One Healing Space in Toronto.
After graduating from the University of Toronto with a Specialist in Psychology, I joined a psychiatry lab focusing on ADHD at SickKids Hospital, where I facilitated communication between psychologists, patients, families, and social workers, and conducted psychiatry research.
I can provide counseling and psychotherapy for concerns related to Career/academic development, trauma, interpersonal effectiveness, social anxiety, intimate relationship, sexual minorities, cultural issues, family dynamics, depression, anxiety, and bipolar.
